☛ How does Coaching support you?
Coaching can help you detangle your thoughts, make you more focused and more aware of what you really need, what is missing and what is not. Coaching helps you identify your strengths, overcome your weaknesses and guide you on a path of action with commitment and accountability. Basically coaching gives you the push that you seek and sets you on the path of action in the right direction.
☛ How is coaching different from therapy or counselling?
Counselling focuses on an individual’s past and present healing their emotional pain through therapy sessions, coaching focuses on the present and future and is based more on goal setting and actions. Counselling may or may not provide the client with answers or advice, coaching does not provide any advice to clients leading the conversation with powerful questions, observations and techniques that help shift perspective. Both counselling and coaching offer a safe space for individuals to move forward in their career, relationships and life balance in general.
☛ What is ICF?
ICF (International Coaching Federation) is the pioneer body for setting global standards for professional coaching, offering world-class credentials for coaches and accreditation for coach training programs. ICF offers three distinct levels of coach credentials based on the knowledge and experience of the individual coach.
☛ How does an ICF credentialed coach help?
ICF Credentials are awarded to professional coaches who have met stringent education and experience requirements, and have demonstrated mastery of the coaching competencies.
☛ Who is Business Coaching for?
Business coaching is for entrepreneurs, small business owners, mompreneurs, coaches, women leaders – anyone who feels the need to step up and make a positive difference in their personal and professional lives.
☛ What does the coaching process look like?
Discovery Session
This session will help us connect with each other to know and understand if we are the right fit together. Coaching is based on mutual trust and respect, based on complete confidentiality in a non-judgemental and safe space, hence it is important for us to establish a coaching relationship first. This 45-minute session is offered on a complimentary basis.
Goal setting
Choosing the ‘right’ program (Build | Brand | Balance) depending on which stage of readiness you are in your business and life. We will narrow down the specific area that needs to be targeted and have a set of actionable goals you can work upon.
1:1 Coaching sessions (set of 6/8/12)
Start with the goal of the session and we will work together towards achieving that goal or intention using different tools and techniques with an idea of seeking clarity. What might emerge are your strengths and passions, core values, beliefs and assumptions. From there we will narrow down on the action points that emerge from the session. These actions would be your “homework” for that period. As your brain deletes what is ‘not important’ and creates new positive pathways, you will see yourself become more motivated as you move towards your desired result.
Feedback and Follow up
Accountability and feedback are an integral part of coaching and are done regularly in the course of the whole program with an aim to supporting the coachee in achieving his goals successfully.

Mums@PLAY is a community platform that brings together small business vendors, mums in particular, offering them an opportunity to sell their products or services through our bazaars, empowering them to learn business skills through our workshops led by experts and giving them a common safe space to share and exchange ideas and belong to a community of like-minded women entrepreneurs.
